Yes. The Inventory Tracking System is free to use — sign in with Google and start tracking your stock.
Is this a POS or cashier system?
No. It does not take payments or print receipts. It tracks your stock, sales, and profit alongside whatever you already use to sell.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in your web browser. You can optionally install it on your phone or computer like a regular app, and it keeps working even without internet — changes sync once you are back online.
How does stock tracking work?
Add your products with a price, cost, and reorder level. Log stock in on deliveries and stock out on sales — by tapping or by scanning a barcode or QR code — and the app updates quantities and flags items that fall below their reorder level.
Can I see monthly sales and profit?
Yes. Monthly KPI charts show your sales, profit, and fastest-moving products over time.
Is my inventory data private to my business?
Yes. Each business gets its own separate workspace; your products and history are visible only to you and the team logins you create.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. As the owner, you create a username and password for each team member and choose what they can see and do — view products, add and edit stock, see the transaction log, or see the charts.
